I have been LONG time patient here but canno longer get an appointment with my doctor when I and my husband are sick. I/we are either offered an appointment in 1 or 2 days with someone else or told to go to another facility. And when we come in to see someone else, the waiting room is empty . Why could we not have been seen by our Doctor during the time we were waiting. Oft times there was only 1 person in the back. Many times my illness has gotten much worse because I couldn't be seen within a reasonable amount of times. Feels like no one cares. Something is off in the way this practice is handled. I had worked for an internist for 20 years and , no matter how busy she was, if you were really sick she would fit you in.
Very friendly staff, clean, very nice overall. Doctors are great. Waiting period is sometimes long.
I've been coming here for a few years now and never had a problem until a new nurse decided to add things to my file, which my doctor had to take task to and correct. What on earth is happening to our health care system? It's a pity because my entire family went to Newtown Sq... No more. That nurse should be made redundant. We don't need young women who think they know it all and are not helpful to others. Shame on you MLH.
Very nice, new and clean facility with very welcoming staff. I have been going to the Women's Emotional Wellness Center located on the first floor. I highly recommend this resource to any women who are looking for support of any kind. Don't wait until you are in crisis to seek support. They offer group and individual therapy and have a psychiatrist on site if that is something you need.
My original, new patient, appointment was for a physical with Dr. Jacqueline Ewing (whom I had heard great things about) but I needed to get in last minute for something else. The lovely lady on the phone scheduled me with Dr. Munshower and I cannot say enough great things about him! I was so happy with him during my first time visit that I scheduled my blood-work/physical with him. When the results came in, Dr. Munshower even called me himself to tell me that everything looked great - he really put me at ease. He sincerely cares about his patients and doesn't make you feel like you are just a number. I currently work in the medical field so I feel like I always have high expectations and he truly is a gem! I will continue to refer anyone and everyone to him.
