Wonderful wonderful staff! Especially on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day very positive and fun! Not in a fake way but very genuine. My family is from Philly and we moved Indiana Pennsylvania. It’s a long drive and going from the country to the city Is always a big transition. The hotel is new and hasn’t been opened a month. And the staff they hired were fabulous. It’s all in the attitude
Very nice room. HVAC didn't work, front desk couldn't fix it but offered another room. At check out, the manager made an adjustment to the bill before I could even speak about it. Excellent customer service this visit. First visit a few weeks ago was awful but I will happily return.
The smoke detector acts as a strobe light. The barn doors on bathrooms allow zero privacy with the giant gap. The air conditioner (or lack there of) was limited to 68 degrees and we cooked all night. The elevator dings crazily if your nearby. The only major issue is the air and when we brought it up supposedly the manager was there at the front desk although I didn't stick around after he laughed when we mentioned it. I had to turn and leave in disgust of my overall experience. This place is new, so it's a nice dump. If you can, stay somewhere else.
